I find myself painting, drawing, and pasting–what I am unable to say with words. Speaking through the language of art, narratives within papers and paints, concerning works of nature —earthly and spiritual–and the universal energies that connect all. -morri

Morri Sims is a painter, collagist, and mixed media artist. She is often described as a post-impressionist – expressionist due to vibrant colours, emotional brushstrokes, and symbolism within her work.

Morri lives and maintains studios on both Fleming Island and the secluded Drayton Island in Florida, US. She and her husband John are developing an olive grove and forest farm (permaculture) on Drayton Island.

Her work is in public, corporate, and private collections in the US and abroad. She participated in group and solo exhibitions in the US and abroad. ( Selected Exhibitions )
